Thank you for choosing Loop International Corporation for your subscription and marketplace needs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription Revenue

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for any remaining time on your current billing cycle.
• If you cancel your subscription, your account will be to a free account with limited features.

Marketplace Revenue

• If you sell products on our marketplace, Loop International Corporation will collect a commission on each sale.
• Platform fee's incur on all Subscription, Unified Communication Services and Marketplace revenue as dictated by Loop International Corporation
• Payment for sales will be processed within 30 days of the sale.
• Sellers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their sales.

General Terms

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
• Loop International Corporation reserves the right to modify subscription and commission rates at any time, but changes will not affect current subscriptions or sales.
• Loop International Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service.
• By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Loop International Corporation is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.
